Welcome to Amelia Park on Amelia Island, Florida!

The Only "Traditional Neighborhood Development" on the Island!

Amelia Park is located in the city of Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, the last, and western-most barrier island on the east coast, northeast of Jacksonville and just south of the Georgia border.  Our community is based on urban design principles that include walkable neighborhoods, mixed housing styles, public gathering spaces, retail, sustainability, native plants and ecology, and an enduring quality of life.  It was designed by the co-founders of the Congress for the New Urbanism, an effort recognized by The New York Times as "the most important collective architectural movement in the United States in the past fifty years."

Amelia Island features a 50-block historic district and is the birthplace of the modern shrimping industry.  About the same size as Manhattan, there are 13 miles of unspoiled, public beaches, boating marinas, fabulous restaurants, cultural and historical events, and numerous athletic amenities year around.

Amelia Island is recognized by Coastal Living as #5 in "Top 20 Places To Live On The Coast," and by Conde Nast Traveler as #3 in "Top 10 Islands in the US."
